Our hygienist cleanings remove tartar and stains to help prevent tooth decay. Following AAPD guidelines, Dr. Mahale recommends dental checkups every six months, or more frequently for patients with multiple cavities or orthodontic concerns.

We recommend that children have their first dental appointment with us by their first birthday or as soon as their first tooth appears, whichever happens earlier.

We suggest scheduling your child’s first dental visit by their first birthday or as soon as their first tooth comes in whichever comes first.
