How easy is it to join?
Strive Dental Studio offers an in-house dental membership plan providing uninsured patients with discounted rates on preventative care, cleanings, and additional treatments, available in three levels tailored for children, adults, and those needing periodontal care.
Step 1. Sign Up
Signing up is easy, and allows you to maintain your preventative dental appointments or periodontal therapy without straining your budget.
Step 2. Visit Us
After signing up, call us to schedule your appointment. Our dental plans are not dental insurance and are only valid here at our Waxhaw, NC office.
Step 3. Smile
Enjoy preventative dental care (checkups, cleanings, and x-rays), discounts on additional treatment, and many other benefits.
Membership Options
Compare the annual membership levels below. Each additional family member receives the published 5% membership discount. Before joining, ask the team to explain age eligibility, included visits, periodontal-care requirements, exclusions and renewal or cancellation terms. Your dentist determines clinically appropriate care; membership does not replace an examination. Membership is not dental insurance. If you have separate insurance, coverage varies by plan; ask the office how any benefits apply.
